Leon Kneebone - Production / Event Logistics
Leon began in the industry pushing black boxes around in 2005, progressing through to management roles during the the ups and downs of the boom days of EDM, Soundwave and Future Music Festival.
Starting from the bottom allowed Leon to understand the broad variables involved in a delivering large scale events, the importance of time management and to never lose sight of the ultimate goal of a Production Manager - a successful event that leaves all parties with a smile on their face.
In the ensuing years Leon has had the pleasure of working many Major Events and Festivals, learning from some of the best in the Industry and fulfilling roles from Stage Crew to Production Manager.

Hayley Ayres - Artist Manager / Entertainment Programmer
Hayley has over 15 years experience working in the music industry having worked as a live music venue booker, artist manager, event coordinator and talent programmer
Since launching 360 Artist Logistics with Leon in 2014, Hayley has honed her skills as a booker and event manager to plan and execute numerous events and tours operating domestically and internationally, working with clients including TEG, FIFA, World Rugby, WAM, Oztix and more.
In 2021 Hayley launched the music mentorship program Sound States which receives over 150 applications per year for just 15 placements and has produced over 50 alumni who are kicking huge goals for the WA Music Industry.
In 2022 Hayley received recognition for her contributions to the West Australian Music industry when she won the prestigious Golden WAM Award. And in 2024 she was awarded the National APRA/AMCOS coveted Lighthouse Award.
Veronica Zurzolo - Operations / Logistics
Veronica Zurzolo is an experienced arts manager, publicist, and musician with a diverse background in event coordination, marketing, and artist development.
Graduating with a bachelor in Arts Management from WAAPA as the student president for her co-hort, she also holds a Graduate Diploma in Education.
She has worked across major festivals, including Listen Out, Laneway, Spin Off, Heaps Good, and Leavers, in roles such as Event Coordinator and Artist Liaison. As Brand Manager and writer for Pilerats, she played a key role in music journalism and digital content strategy.
Veronica manages releases at 2x WAM ‘Label of the Year’ winners Blue Grey Pink and is a freelance publicist. She is also the singer, guitarist, and songwriter for her self-managed band, Dolce Blue.
